Application

Use morning and evening. Apply Cell-Power Neck & Décolleté Cream to the neck and décolleté. Massage in large, circular motions with gentle upward pressure.

We recommend a neck pack twice a month to support your daily neck and décolleté care. Apply Cell Power Neck & Decolleté Cream to the neck as thick as a knife back, cover with cling film and leave on for 30 minutes. Massage in any remaining residue.
